Mrs. Rita LeBlanc, 69, widow of Edouard LeBlanc, died Monday (15 octobre) at the Dr. Georges Dumont Hospital, Moncton. after a lengthy illness.

Born at Memramcook East, she was a daughter of the late Dominique and Céline (Saulnier) LeBlanc. She was a member of the CWL. Her husband died several years ago.

She is survived by a daughter, Mrs Raymond Cormier (Nicole) of Scoudouc; two sons, Adéodat of Memramcook East and Clarence LeBlanc, with whom she resided; six sisters, Mrs. Napoléon Dupuis (Dorelda) of Moncton, Mrs. Ulysse Léger (Corinne) of Memramcook West, Mrs. Louis Gould (Léonie) and Mrs. Gérard Dupuis (Jeanita), both of Memramcook East, Mrs. Adélard LeBlanc (Pamela) of College Bridge and Mrs. Vital LeBlanc (Doris) of St Joseph; two brothers, Frank and Hervé LeBlanc, both of Memramcook East; two grandchildren, and by several nieces and nephews. A brother, Léo, and a sister, Lorraine, died previously.

The body is at Dupuis' Funeral Home, Memramcook. The funeral mass will be celebrated at 7 p.m. Thursday from the Our Lady of Lourdes Roman Catholic Church, Memramcook East. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
